Top Tips on Being Active and Healthy Whilst Pregnant During Lockdown

So much has changed since Active Devon’s Hannah Worth did her last Podcast, From Triathlon Beginner to Competitor.

Hannah is now 24 weeks pregnant and expecting her first baby in August.

In this Podcast Hannah talks about her personal experience of life at 24 weeks. She includes the high, lows and managing tiredness and anxiety. And, how she is trying to remain active whilst pregnant, during these surreal times with the coronavirus restrictions.

You will hear Hannah touch upon some myth busting around exercise and pregnancy. Plus, she describes the challenges of balancing everyday life with work, and a changing body and mind.

Hannah recognises that every woman’s pregnancy and circumstances are different. She has therefore shared five inspiring top tips that could apply to most mums to be, if not all.

Guidance to Help You Through Your Pregnancy

Throughout the Podcast Hannah also recommends the following useful guidance:

Exercise in Pregnancy Guide provided by the NHS, which Hannah found straight forward and easy to understand.
