Karen Shares Her Story of Walking More as Therapy
After being medically retired due to a lower back problem, Karen’s activity levels were low and she was treated for depression and anxiety. Karen found a way to get moving that worked for her.
The We Are Undefeatable Campaign has many more stories of people with long-term health conditions that have found ways to get moving that works for them. Plus, ideas on how you can make getting active work for you, which you can read more about here.
