Blended Netball; innovative SEN and leadership programme

Have you heard of Blended Netball? Want to find out more about this secondary school, peer to peer programme designed for mainstream girls to deliver netball to girls with SEND in their school? It is designed to develop life / interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication and empathy, in line with other leadership programmes such as Duke of Edinburgh awards. It can provide netball to pupils who may not otherwise be involved in sport. Sessions are completely pupil-led meaning there is a distinct ‘hands-off’ approach, although some teacher involvement is inevitable. Find out more by watching this webinar:here
