Adaptive Yoga with WheelPower – Yoga Video Classes for Wheelchair Users

WheelPower has launched a series of Adaptive Yoga videos classes for wheelchair users to do in the comfort of your home.

Yoga is a safe and effective exercise for both physical and mental wellbeing. It can help improve muscle strength, increase flexibility, co-ordination and balance. It can also make you feel more energised and helps reduce stress.

The Instructor Nina Boswell Brown, from Sitting Fit Yoga, demonstrates, explains and guides you through a gentle warm up, before showing you how to complete the yoga poses.

This first video class lasts approximately 30 minutes, so make sure it’s nice and quiet for your relaxation. Put on some comfortable clothing that allow movement, find yourselves a small space within your home and away you go.

You can find more video classes here. #StayInWorkOut.
